As a result, Jenner’s Escalade then rear-ended a white vehicle, which was then pushed into oncoming traffic. The white vehicle was hit by a Hummer, which ultimately killed the driver, Kim Howe.
It wasn’t until late April 2015 that Dana Redmond and William Howe, the stepchildren of the deceased, filed a wrongful death lawsuit. Though the damages that they seek have not been publicly released, it has been stated that they have sustained extensive damages since the passing of Kim.
